    Not at all bright light.. It doesn't seem like daylight.. It doesn't have yellow light. Only white and red. They don't have any weight like counterweights.. Meaning they would only work as flashes but still... In the meantime, they need flashers because they are LED and if the bike had bulbs before, everything needs to be changed.. Before you go through the process, ask.. In general, though, I don't think these specific ones are suitable for anyone..
