Carbon steel with a marble non-stick coating.

Use plastic, wooden, or silicone tools to avoid scratching the coating surface. Do not use it at oven temperatures above 240 °C. Not suitable for use over direct heat or under the grill.

Always use an oven glove when removing from the oven. Never use abrasive cleaners. Regular exposure to concentrated dishwashing detergent will weaken both the interior and exterior finish and reduce the lifespan of the non-stick bakeware. We therefore recommend hand washing.
