Purchased on 7/22 on sale for 580€.
I made the mistake of not getting an additional warranty beyond 2 years even though my previous Samsung burned the screen at 2 years and two months.
Until it burned out, I was quite satisfied with the picture. For sound, I used a soundbar since its own is nothing super.

I bought it for presentations in the office, I use it essentially as a PC monitor. I was ready to buy an LG but I read some reviews here that it didn't have such a good viewing angle. On the contrary, I saw good reviews for the Samsung ue75bu8572. However, today when I tried it, I noticed that it doesn't actually have such a good viewing angle (obviously due to the VA panel). Nevertheless, the contrast is very good, as well as the menu and connectivity. It works with the PC at 4096x2160, that is true 4K. At the current price of 800-850 euros, I think it is value for money...
