Description

In each round, players send characters (heroes and allies) to confront and eliminate enemies. However, great caution is needed, as each conflict, mission, and event depletes the heroes' energy, making them quite weak by the end for completing the most important challenges. Therefore, players must carefully plan their moves and decide whether it is advantageous to complete the scenario while the enemy increases their strength or if they want to eliminate the opponents without the story progressing and not knowing what they will face later.

The base game includes 3 scenarios, 12 famous characters from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien (including Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Denethor, and Eowyn), and 4 ready-made player decks. Players can use either the existing decks or create their own, thus increasing their chances of success in the more demanding scenarios. Additionally, although the base game is designed for 1-2 players, adding a second set allows for up to 4 players.

    Perfect board game, this is the basic and new version. I have the old one in the photo, it also has expansions that make your deck even better. As for playing it, you can play alone but it becomes even more enjoyable with another person. It takes a little time to get into the vibe of the game and it requires knowledge of English in order to understand what each card does.
