After 1 month of use, I came to write my review as well. I have been struggling with intense stress for 1 year, and with this particular product, I can say that I have noticed a difference in the manifestation of stress. I didn't have issues with sleep anyway, but it also helps with calmness to fall asleep. However, in the manifestation of stress and in managing the intensity you will experience, it helps 100%. I noticed a difference in myself and will continue to take it! As for the taste, personally, it doesn't seem bitter to me or anything bad. A mild taste of cannabis. In terms of dosage, everyone finds their own way. Personally, with 3 drops in the morning and 3 in the evening, I am more than covered.
P.S.: These specific products were not created to make us feel no anxiety or emotions in our lives again. However, they help in better managing them.
