1 capsule per day, with a meal.

  • Rose Hips Powder   (Rosa canina) (Fruit) 25 mg

  • Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 25 mg

    I know the quality of NowFoods vitamins. However, they bothered me. I took them for only 2 days and stopped because they caused me unexplained hypertension, I can't exactly describe it. Maybe it was just a coincidence. Anyway, having 1000mg of vitamin C is an exaggeration considering that the recommended daily dose for C is only 75mg for women and 90 for men. With a little broccoli and orange or red pepper, you can easily meet your daily C needs.
