  Another more significant negative thing is that the case for some reason scratches the screen at the point where the transparent plastic is for viewing the time without opening it. Also, the first thing I mentioned about the magnet creates a bit of an issue if you don't hold the phone tightly in your hand when you want to press the screen without opening the case because it doesn't close well. For me, the negatives are negligible, just make sure to put a screen protector before putting on the case.
