Recommended Dosage

    It is in the category where you take a pill even every day, which has results the next day for normal results and not for immediate action. For chronic and severe cases, start with two pills and then take one. It may take 5-6 days in very severe cases for it to take effect. However, it is worth the wait because it does not cause pain as it does not cause contractions in the intestine but "glides" due to aloe vera.
