With a balanced diet rich in fiber, without "spicy" additions (peppers, etc.), limiting standing as much as possible, using baby wipes instead of toilet paper, frequent lukewarm baths in the area daily with the use of some mild herbal soap, limiting time in the toilet (less than 10 minutes), and using the cream with a light application (daily) always with gloves in an amount about the size of 1 chickpea after bathing or after using the toilet with very good cleaning of the area beforehand, you will really get rid of the symptoms within 1-2 weeks and of course continue the process. In my case, during a hemorrhoid crisis due to gastroenteritis and diarrhea from hemorrhoids, I had a lot of blood to the point where it has never happened to me before. What I did and helped me stop the bleeding in one day was washing with cold water every 2-4 hours, changing underwear, applying cream with sterilized vinyl gloves (never with bare hands), using aloe vera gel (I have it in my garden) (it helped soothe the area and relieve itching) and taking daflon 500mg tablets (6 tablets for the first 4 days and then 4 tablets for the next 3 days). The same evening there was a significant reduction in bleeding, the next day I had nothing and I continued normally until it subsided.
