I got it after the recommendation of the ENT for tinnitus... I was particularly anxious with high heart rates even though I am a runner and exercise daily. With daily intake, I feel calm, the anxiety has disappeared, and my heart rates are 70-72 and during sleep 62-63... the tinnitus remains but it has helped my calmness so much that I am very satisfied...
By far the best product in terms of effectiveness compared to drops and candies of the kind. It has a slightly sweet taste, it doesn't upset my stomach nor do I have any other side effects.
The product is indeed relaxing. If you have serious insomnia issues, it's probably not what you're looking for. But if you want to calm down quickly (as it is absorbed directly through the mouth), give it a try. It is definitely expensive for the quantity. If you take the recommended dosage, it barely lasts for 25 days
