I have been a cyclist for many years and now a runner, and in the past I had used the Theragun, which is considered the golden standard but costs 250€. After reading the comments, I decided to buy this particular massage gun and I think it is excellent! For less than 100€, it has a quality and sturdy construction, and the intensities are more than enough. I usually use it up to the 3rd intensity level, as it becomes very painful on tired muscles afterwards. I highly recommend it!
