it keeps dropping from my ears if I try to speak or while I try to exercise. the microphone quality is so and so. most of the times the people I talk to the phone with our complaining that they can't hear me at all
The worst headphones I've ever bought. As soon as you stop the music, they turn off after literally 30 seconds, so you have to press and hold the button on both (they are not touch) to turn them on again. Even worse, one goes into power saving mode faster than the other, so you stop the music and end up listening from one. Disgusting product. One star only because I can't put zero.
EDIT: I returned them. Good riddance
Although they look good visually, they don't fit well in my ear and bother me somehow. The volume on the Samsung A52s is moderate, as well as the bass and overall sound quality. The buttons are so hard and require such force to press that they hurt my ears. Additionally, the JBL app does not support these specific ones.
There is almost no bass, despite being advertised. The application does not work on either iOS or Android. Overrated.
These headphones are worth 100%, I have had them for a while and they are worth every last minute you will spend on them, my only complaint is that if they fall together with the case, you will have to change galaxies to find them
Very good headphones for their price. The case is open from the top but they have a very strong magnet that doesn't let them fall. Very good bass and good isolation from external sounds. I really liked them a lot for their price and I recommend them. I think they have received several negative reviews here and I don't think they deserve them. I have tried more expensive headphones with bad sound and these have a very satisfactory sound for their price.
These specific headphones are satisfactory for my own use and requirements. The only thing I didn't like was that the case didn't have a cover.

Their case is somewhat large but made of good quality plastic. It is what we call... sturdy. The headphones fit perfectly in my (big) ears. I haven't tried them for exercise or jogging (I'm not that type of person!)
Their connection with Samsung Galaxy A33 is simply satisfactory. A couple of 2-3 second interruptions in a two-hour period are not a problem for me. Although they connect easily and quickly to the phone, the JBL app never "saw" them. If it doesn't support them, then that's very unfortunate and it's not clarified.
The buttons on the headphones are proportional. When you press the button, it pushes the earphone towards the ear and after a few times, it becomes painful.
If you wear them without using them, they automatically disconnect after a few minutes and you have to put them back in the case to reconnect.

Battery life... beyond expectations!
I bought them at a price of €40 including shipping. I bought them to try them out as I am a fan of Bluetooth headsets with hooks.
The first impression is quite satisfactory. They fit well in the ears, have good sound, and connect very easily (Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite mobile).
The case does not close from the top (there is no lid), but there is a magnet that keeps the headphones inside.
Inside the packaging, there were also spare ear tips. I assume they will be in different sizes to fit better in the ears.

While they are connected to the mobile and not in use (standby), they disconnect after 20-25 minutes. And I don't know why.

After contacting JBL, they confirmed that the headphones are factory-set to disconnect after a few minutes of standby to save energy, as they told me.
Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.
For speech use only, they are not worth it.
First time using wireless headphones, I bought them for testing and I am very satisfied with the product in this price category.
I use them with iPhone 13, they connect easily and quickly, good for calls, you can use either the right or left one without any problem, while they maintain their signal even at 50m (!) without obstacles of course.
The only downside for me is that the case does not have a cover, so it collects dust, etc., but it is easy to clean with a paper/cloth, as a case though it gives you the feeling of sturdy and quality construction.
Finally, it should be noted that the control buttons on the headphones are "physical" and not "touch"
Sturdy headphones. You feel them full of quality, and the sound is amazing for their price. The bass is very satisfying. Overall, JBL is a guarantee as a company. They have fallen many times and still work without any problem (3 months of use). I wear them literally half of the day and they have never run out of battery. They have an indicator for the battery status and charge VERY quickly.
It connects to my mobile quickly but loses signal and cuts off in very few meters. For example, when I have my mobile in my pocket, the sound is lost and it will play in one ear and not at all in the other, or the sound will cut off
It is one of the best headphones in its category. I could say that the bass is excellent. The microphone works perfectly and they are comfortable to wear for a long time.
They take a long time to connect to the phone and the sound is not good. It seems very artificial and it is tiring. Also, the person you are talking to cannot hear you well. It is not worth the money at all.
Good sound for its price, easy connection with computer, phone. If there is any drawback, I would prefer another size in the buds for more comfort.
