I bought it because of the excessive good reviews. I threw it away in 10 days.
The belt causes sweating, however the material is poor, deteriorates quickly and these are not the bad news.
When you wash it, and I mean by hand with lukewarm water and soap, it releases thousands of particles that swirl in the water to the point of changing color. They come from the neoprene it is made of and are the known microplastics. All this plastic ends up in the sea and the fish eat it unwittingly.
I would kindly ask you to consider another belt not made of neoprene.

  I just realized that I wasted 10 euros. It's not just the 10 euros, I had high expectations because of the reviews I read. During the first week of use, which was about 6 hours every day, the coating next to the scratch started to deteriorate and peel off.
