  I got it to help with arthritis in my knees. There is no pain, but there is intense cracking with each joint movement. I can't say I saw a difference in the joints during use, but I did see a big difference in the skin and cellulite. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it for aesthetic reasons on the body but.. the pleasure after the beneficial!
