The round rotating foot has an integrated v-shaped bearing, so you can slide from shot to shot without lifting a foot. And it can be replaced with the included spiked foot for added stability. Combining twist locks with CNC mechanical, quick-action folding lock, it is simple to fully extend and then precisely adjust the height of your monopod, with the newly added quick reverse lock.
