The TensCare Sports TENS 2 device offers nerve, muscle stimulation, and massage functions. It combines TENS and EMS technology, which are used for pain relief and muscle development. Electrotherapy (TENS) is a method that uses electrical currents for pain relief. It is also used for the rehabilitation of injured muscles, nerve conditions, and to increase body functionality.

The EMS technique aims to increase muscle strength and endurance. It uses electrical stimuli to induce muscle contractions, simulating physical exercise.

Contraindications

  • Do not use if you have a pacemaker (or if you have a heart rhythm problem) or with any electronic medical device. Using this unit with electronic medical devices may cause device malfunction.
  • Do not use the device during the first three months of pregnancy. It is not known if TENS and EMS can affect fetal development.
  • Do not use on the abdomen in the later stages of pregnancy. Stop use immediately if unexpected contractions occur.
