Expansion tanks are used to maintain the network pressure of the central supply within acceptable limits. Maintaining the pressure is necessary:

• To replenish the system's water losses caused by air release in the bodies or by micro-leaks.
• To collect the excess water created due to the expansion of water when the temperature rises.

They are manufactured and tested according to the current European Regulation. They are used in water supply circuits. They have a replaceable EPDM membrane, which prevents contact between the water and the metal walls and keeps the circuit fluid clean.

The connection port has a 3/4’’ diameter. Their maximum operating pressure is 10 bar. Their operating temperature is -10 to +100°C.
