Irrigation system with programmer: The user sets the irrigation parameters (frequency, duration, quantity) using a programmer or a timer. The system executes the commands according to the scheduled program.
Self-watering: The system uses sensors to measure soil moisture, temperature, and other parameters. Based on this data, it automates the watering and provides the necessary water to the plants without the user's continuous intervention.

It provided me with a solution for a balcony without water supply for another automatic watering solution. I have been using it for the third year with great success. One or two plants out of the 10, with high water demands, may be slightly weak, but they will have survived.
I bought it to water 8 plants in the office, where I didn't have a water supply to use a regular watering system. Unfortunately, the product is very unreliable. In reality, it only works with gravity and a very weak pump. Even if you connect everything correctly and at the right height, you will see it watering fine one day and not working at all the next (and it doesn't notify you that it's not working). The main reason it stops working is because air bubbles get trapped in the tubes, which is extremely frustrating. So, while the idea is good, the device is unfortunately garbage (and also very expensive). I threw it away.
