It doesn't do anything amazing, just a mild cooling that turns into warmth after a while. For very light grip, not for something more serious.
It is good but quite mild. It may work for small bumps and muscle pain, but it is not for moderate pain, etc.
I use it in phases when pain of tendonitis is about to appear and when my knees are strained from intense exercise. I have the impression that it does the job. Like recovery instead of ice. The scent is subjective, I like it. The cold sensation doesn't last long, but it has good intensity. With a hand wash, you don't have to worry about it spreading to other parts of the body.

Quite a good product. Relieves knee pain. Initially has a cold gel sensation but then there is a warm feeling.
Positives:
- One of the best ice therapies on the market. However, I would recommend combining it with ice in cases of swelling-inflammation.
Negatives:
- It would be ideal if it had a less intense smell.
Additional Comments:
- DO NOT use it on muscle cramps, it will make things worse. In these cases, your goal is vasodilation, which can be achieved through a heating cream or a warm compress.

Nice gel cream that absorbs easily, has a pleasant scent, cools and relieves pain relatively quickly. I use it for my knees and neck, and it does a great job, I must say.
