Mix with water in the palm of your hand. Apply and spread on your face as follows:
With your fingertips, gently spread the cream, starting first from the area between the eyebrows towards the hairline and then from the center of the forehead towards the temples.
Repeat 3 times.
With your palms open towards the skin, spread on the face starting from the chin, towards the nose. Then, pat on the cheeks and end again at the chin.
Repeat 3 times.
Rinse with water and pat dry gently with a towel.

I had oily skin with cystic acne. I have been taking ISOTROIN in a high dose for over six months and I am very dry now. The best! I feel it cleans my skin deeply without drying it out further and I feel it helps it as well. I will buy it again!

It cleans deeply without drying out the skin at all compared to other cleansers even though I use a cream with tretinoin daily. It leaves the skin soft and hydrated without clogged pores! Removes makeup and sunscreen perfectly.

I was using the moisturizer from the same line (which is excellent) but I was washing my face with a product from another brand. My skin felt itchy and tight throughout the day.
As soon as I started using this, all the symptoms disappeared. It is incredibly gentle on the skin, creates a great lather, and cleanses deeply. Combined with the corresponding moisturizer, I almost forget that I am treating acne. My skin is soft and hydrated!! (Note that I am taking the maximum daily dose...)

It is a very good cleanser and it doesn't pull me in compared to the blue effaclar from la Roche posay.. I am in the first days of using it and I already see a difference!
A pharmacist happened to give me a sample to try and I immediately loved it! Having acne-prone skin since my teenage years, I have tried everything on the market and usually soaps for acne-prone skin are very harsh. This particular one cleanses the skin without stripping it, it is intended for people undergoing drying treatments for acne but even I, who am in maintenance and have combination skin, have enjoyed it a lot! I immediately noticed the difference, especially in the areas around the nose where some harder/drier spots would form, with this soap they immediately softened and disappeared.
I have been using this specific cleansing cream for 6 months now. As I am undergoing isotretinoin treatment, my dermatologist recommended the cleansing cream in combination with the moisturizer from the same range. I am nearing the end of the treatment and I am satisfied with the products in the range. My skin (before the treatment) was oily - combination (during winter), now with the treatment it is obviously dry and sensitive. The cleanser is quite gentle, without any strong scent (which is quite positive for sensitive skin that doesn't want alcohol and added fragrances) and leaves the skin hydrated (as much as possible due to the treatment I am undergoing). Its most positive feature is that the 390ml bottle lasts for 6 months! One pump in the morning - evening (sometimes even more) is enough! I work it in my hands for 1 minute before applying it to my face, it foams and then I use it for about 1 minute with a gentle massage on my face. Lastly, I would not recommend it for makeup removal, as that is not its purpose.
Very helpful product for acne-prone skin that suffers from treatments that cause dryness, such as isotretinoin. Very nice scent and creamy texture, and milder compared to the effaclar gel purifiant micropeeling. I am at the beginning of using it and I am excited. I will come back with more information...
