The issue is that three months after the last software update, problems occurred causing the applications to not work. When I asked the company about it, the response I received was that they are aware of the problem and are waiting for the software to be fixed by the US. In an email I sent to Garmin's international page, I received an automated response stating that the company will look into the issue. I believe that when you spend 550 euros on a watch, there should be appropriate support.
UPDATE - CHANGE OF MY REVIEW, after a complaint email to the local dealership here in Greece (which was never answered and that's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars), the software was fixed within three days, which we had been waiting for months. The watch performs great in combination with the compatible applications from the Play Store.

In terms of features and information, it is on another level. Its battery seems to have come from space. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons.
1) Garmin should have a detailed video presenting the product in its entirety, not just the basics (it wouldn't cost Garmin much). I would also like the video to be in Greek. There are some videos on YouTube, but they are in foreign languages and only cover specific functions. The manual that comes in the box is 155 pages long!
2) The biggest problem with the watch is that after 4 fishing trips, it has noticeable marks on the watch case. Since this watch is also meant for everyday use, it is not pleasant to see it scratched. The material is a bit softer than it should be. There is a silicone case available (similar to the one on a foreign site like Scroutz) that protects the case. My question is, why isn't it available on Greek sites or from Garmin itself?
