It is not very well absorbed because it is effervescent; there are other forms of vitamin C that are much better absorbed
Others take vitamin and expect it to taste like a smoothie with berries and papaya! Come on! A regular effervescent vitamin has a typical taste. It works great for physical fatigue and gives you a noticeable boost to get through the day!
One of the worst I have tried... you pour it in a glass and it foams as if you were going to drink Fredo... the taste is not bad, but I didn't like this foam thing at all
The taste is awful, I don't like it :( I don't feel any difference when I drink it. Also, it creates a lot of foam and the vitamin powder settles at the bottom of the glass, and then you can feel it on your tongue. I've never seen something like this in a vitamin before, I won't buy it again, I didn't like it
Every day after work, I felt tired even on days that weren't so exhausting. So I decided to try these vitamins that promise energy. I didn't like the taste and smell at all. It might be because of Stevia, I don't know. Anyway, the box will go to waste, I won't drink them. I went back to Centrum Performance that I used to take before and I'm a fan.

For example, it contains calcium in the form of calcium carbonate, which is less absorbable than citrate and requires gastric fluids (note: if you don't take it with a meal, it won't work) and so on for other substances...
