Dosage

  • Adults and children over 12 years old, one tablet daily.

    I bought it mainly for my nails, which had become weak and brittle from gel polish, even with 3 coats of nail polish, and after treatment. It worked for me because I only take one a day, unlike other similar products. It didn't bother my stomach (which is not particularly sensitive, although I have been bothered by various products in the past), on the contrary, I saw a dramatic difference in my nails, both myself and the girl who does my manicure. Additionally, it must have helped me with other things too, because I no longer notice as much hair loss in the shower as before and, although I have very sensitive skin (rosacea with a tendency for acne), the frequency of pimples appearing has decreased.     The pill is very large and has a strong smell. It does not contain sugar, salt, gluten, soy, or dairy. The daily intake is one pill per day, and there are 30 in the box. It is economical compared to other options available. I bought 3 boxes and just finished the first one. The reason I bought it was because of some scars I have on my body from a burn, and my pharmacist recommended it in combination with daily intake of vitamin C 1000 mg. I didn't see any changes in the scars, my energy levels, my hair, or my nails, which are fragile. My skin has broken out with acne, and the product did not help improve it. I will continue taking it and will come back with a more comprehensive feedback.

    Update: I completed the three-month treatment. Unfortunately, it did not improve my skin, hair, or nails. While taking it, it was very harsh on my stomach. I would not recommend it.
