  I bought the frying pan from a store in Patras in July 2024. I cooked everything from steaks to risotto. ALWAYS using a wooden spoon and silicone tongs, never metal spoons, forks, or tools. Always cleaning with a soft sponge and wiping with olive oil. I should also mention that I have a relationship with cooking since I have studied it. In November, a large part of the coating started to deteriorate as seen in the photos. I sent it to the store's service for replacement since the cookware has a 2-year warranty. The response from Tefal? "Not covered due to misuse!" What does the warranty cover, I asked? The answer was, "Any warping of the cookware that causes it to bend." So a whole French company does not replace a product that has a material failure. As seen in the photos, the rest of the cookware is intact like new, so where was the misuse, in just one spot? And since it is non-stick, which it indeed was, why would I misuse it? It's a shame about the €50 I spent; I thought a company like Tefal would be reliable.
