My favorite multivitamin now also comes in a 60+30 tabs pack, which is a very good quantity. Previously, I used to take 2x 45 tabs. The only thing that always bothered me was the smell/taste, especially in hot weather (summer), but I tolerate it because the ingredients are super. The increased energy is mainly due to the high percentage of B vitamins, so you shouldn't take it continuously for many months, you should take a break. It is stated on the packaging.

It is timed-release, it may not have equal distribution in the elements that are released, but really for a multivitamin, timed-release makes a huge difference compared to those that are fast-acting. And it is also an extra that the water-soluble vitamins are in timed-release form, which means that they will be running in the blood all day, while the B-50 and B-100 complex without timed-release are eliminated after 3-4 hours when the body rejects them. Truly the best because the combination and the method of release make them all comprehensive and the only thing you need without ups and downs.
For those who are looking for more, the only complaint I would have is that it does not specify the form of vitamin E. Otherwise, it is the most value for money, the best in absorption, the most comprehensive product

I have been taking it for 30 years since 1992 as a young person when I was looking for something quite strong without exaggerations, quality, and complete. I remember back then I had two minor health issues, two slightly annoying daily symptoms to be precise, probably due to inadequate nutrition and some logical vitamin deficiencies that would sit in the throat if you don't drink enough water. Those might have developed into chronic conditions over the years if something hadn't changed. After a few months, both of those symptoms disappeared, although I didn't take it for that reason; it was a pleasant surprise, and since then I have never seen them again even though my diet is basically the same. Because I have been taking it for many decades, it has done its job, so I take half of it because it is strong, but sometimes it can be bothersome due to the yellow urine from the B vitamins. The taste, although unpleasant, has never bothered me because simply put, I don't suck on it like a candy. It also breaks easily in half by hand. Now I see they have also made a very good glass packaging finally with a metal cap.
I have been using it for 2 years now.. After using various and potent vitamins, I have to say that I rank it in the top 3 of the best ones I have taken. Very good in everything.. It's true that it doesn't make you tense, but the result is evident in the long term..

The SUPER has a difference from the plain Quest Once A Day in that all the B Vitamins are 50mg.
