    I don't understand why it says "aluminum" in the description. It is stainless steel. While I hesitated to buy it because it was one of the most expensive, I have ultimately loved it. The reasons?
    1. It is sturdy, stainless steel without easily getting fingerprints.
    2. I boiled milk and made hot chocolate. Although it "stuck" a little on the bottom, it cleaned up very easily with a sponge!
    3. It works normally on induction cooktops. (Mine are BOSCH and I put it on the smallest burner).
