It is "extremely difficult" to remove a "rechargeable" battery and it is simply difficult to insert a new one. The force required is such that it makes you afraid of causing damage to the mouse. What can I say now? That I did not expect such an ergonomic mistake from a company like HP? Did they realize it and fix it in the next models? (maybe it is also the fault of the manufacturers of rechargeable batteries, which unfortunately - at least in my case - I found out were "slightly larger") I don't know, but every time I try to change the rechargeable battery, I get ... nervous shock.

  I have been using it for 3 weeks and I am very satisfied. It responds very well and connected easily with the USB.   The review refers to the use as a Bluetooth mouse. It disconnects every 2-3 hours. It doesn't respond, you have to close it and reopen it for it to recover.

  The installation tired me out on Windows 8.1. It kept throwing driver errors and didn't work. I had to redownload and reinstall the driver for it to connect. It was purchased as wireless, exclusively for BT use, so it wouldn't occupy a USB port that the receiver would need. If I knew its behavior, I wouldn't have bought it.

  In terms of size, it is large, a bit wide, but size is a personal matter, how you hold it, whether you have large or small hands, etc. Personally, it fits well for me, but it could be better.

  Update 29.06.2023: The mouse is acting up with the left button. You press it and it clicks 3-4 times. Let's go for another one.

  Because I have two laptops, I wanted a mouse that I could connect to both simultaneously without having to plug and unplug the adapter. This specific one has an adapter that you plug into one laptop and connect it to the second one via Bluetooth. It has a switch with three positions at the bottom.   My previous HP mouse, which was priced at €20, lasted for 10 years of daily use before the scroll wheel stopped working!!! Therefore, choosing the same brand was a given.
  This particular mouse is dual with a switch at the bottom for use with the adapter or via Bluetooth on other devices (such as another computer or mobile/tablet! which it responds perfectly to) and an off option.
  It is very lightweight and convenient, smooth and precise (for tasks like image/video editing). It has 5 buttons, the two on the side for back & forward which are incredibly helpful for browsing and navigating through folders. The sound and feel of the buttons are as enjoyable as they should be. It connects instantly.
  The package includes an Energizer MAX battery and judging from my previous one, even though it turns off by itself, if you turn it off from the off button, it will last forever....
  A very good choice and its price (€14) is excellent.

  Update Sep/2023:
  - The left click sometimes becomes loose when you try to drag to select text.
  - It literally drains the battery - maybe I was used to something different - and I always turn it off from the button...
  However, it remains a very good choice for its price (although it now costs €20).
