Here we have another simple multivitamin. However, I consider it more honest than products like Centrum, 'Pharmaton Geriatric', which in one way or another try to mask the fact that they are just regular multivitamins and not some special composition.
It has a decent price, 90 tablets for 14 euros, if not perfect, certainly better than many of the advertised ones like the ones mentioned above, where essentially we are paying for the advertising budget that makes us more aware of them than the neighboring products that are exactly the same.
Beyond that, it is a multivitamin like all the others on the market. It generally has a good content of vitamins and minerals, at least for this price, so it will last for a while. If you want to see a boost in your body, however, a multivitamin can only help to a certain extent, and this largely depends on what deficiencies we have.
It has two downsides. One is that it contains iron in very large quantities for daily use, 20mg per tablet. This is not good for men if we consider that we usually get as much iron as we need from our diet. Excessive iron has toxic effects on our body. To cut it short, this alone makes it unsuitable for daily use and I recommend skipping it.
The second downside is, surprise surprise, that the vitamins and minerals are in cheap, inorganic forms. I'm tired of writing this about these various multivitamins. However, there are real reasons for it, for example in the case of folic acid (B9), but that goes beyond the scope of this review.
