    After long-term use, unfortunately, I developed a skin allergy purely because beta-glucans can cause it. The product is amazing and I really saw cholesterol levels dropping significantly. Just be careful if you notice any skin issues. They are not worrisome, just annoying, and they take a few months to disappear.
