There is no option for 4.5, and I have to give it a 5 because it is definitely not a 4!! The reason for my rating is the weight and only that. When you have manufactured the superlight, I believe you could have made it a little lighter since you are producing it in mass production!!
The mouse is amazing, especially the features it has compared to others, but it's not for everyone.
For those who had the old g303 and are thinking of getting this one, believing that the shape will be similar, don't even bother... The mouse is completely different, much larger than the old one and extremely uncomfortable to hold. This is the first time I've been so wrong about a mouse shape, and the first time my hand gets tired within 10 minutes of gaming. The aim obviously goes out the window... Of course, if you try it and like the shape, then go for it. I suppose it would fit well in 19x11+ hands.
Nevertheless, I believe that for its price and weight (75g - too heavy by today's standards in my opinion), it's not worth the money. For Greece, at this price point, the viper v2 pro is far better.
Personal opinion: Shape and weight are the first things you look at in a mouse. This one already lost in the weight department, assuming the shape is fine. Not recommended.
Attention, the mouse is designed for shroud. Personally, I didn't find its shape comfortable. It has many angles on the back and sides. I can't hold it well in my hand and it affects both comfort and aim.
After using it for a while, I simply got used to it, but that doesn't mean it's comfortable in the hand.
The clicks are terrible in my opinion. They resemble those of the g305. Far better than the g pro (superlight).
The scroll wheel is strange... very tight and makes a weird noise as if it's going to break. Also, when making sudden scrolls, you can hear a spring inside and the mouse shakes. Very strange.
The sensor is the same as the g pro (superlight). Nothing special.
The only good thing about this mouse is its battery, which is larger than the g pro (superlight), and the mouse feet, which seem better, meaning they glide more than the g pro (superlight).
In summary, I think this mouse is just marketing and is suitable for very few people. Its price is prohibitive, around 140-150. You can simply spend 80-90 and get a g pro or 120 g pro (superlight), or for budget, a g305.
edit 25/5
It continues to be uncomfortable in the hand, which is logical, as habit can't work miracles. What has impressed me is its battery. I've had it for a week and it has gone from 100% to 64%.
Logitech claims it lasts for 145 hours. Even the new Razer Viper V2 Pro claims to last for 80 hours. Well done, Logitech.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, it charges in 25-30 minutes... some people on the internet even say 20. The charging is much faster than that of the g pro superlight.
1.
The Logitech G303 Shroud Edition mouse is a "refreshed" version of the old G303 (Daedalus Apex) that had dedicated users, although the Shroud edition is larger in comparison.
It is designed for users with medium to large palms and is ideal for mouse handlers using the CLAW GRIP method. It is not intended for palm or fingertip grip users. It is very lightweight, although about 10 grams heavier than the G PRO X SUPERLIGHT, with a "diamond" shape as seen in the photos, which may require some getting used to at first, but will reward you later on.
Its sensor is flawless, as is its battery with 140 (!) hours of autonomy, which simply means that if you charge it once a month while you eat, you don't have to worry about it again. For me, the scroll wheel is just right in terms of noise and feel (relatively firm). After all, I won't be using it to read spreadsheets in Excel, and its click is equally satisfying in terms of sound and feel.
In summary, if you use the claw grip, you can confidently proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, strictly speaking for FPS gamers, the G PRO X SUPERLIGHT is a better investment.
It was purchased from abroad for €100, so its price was very advantageous.
