Slightly creamier texture, slightly more moisturizing sunscreen than the Fluid. Not heavy at all, and leaves a natural glow as a finish, just like the Fluid. Fungal Acne Safe as well. Neither with the Fluid, nor with the Hydrating Cream have I developed any black marks or pimples. If I had to choose between the two UVMune 400 sunscreens, I would probably choose the cream because I can estimate that around 5 pumps are needed to cover the face and neck, compared to the packaging of the Fluid which is so liquid and absorbs quickly and in some areas you may not have applied enough
The ultimate disappointment, if I could give it 0 stars, I would.
I have been using this sunscreen continuously for the past 3 years. It was the best, very moisturizing, easy to apply, and lasted for hours.
Until I recently ordered two packages and it is completely different. They must have changed the formula, and it is the worst. Sticky with an incredible white cast that never spreads, creating clumps. Even after an hour, it looks like you're wearing a mask.
I don't know what's wrong, if it was just the ones I bought or if they changed it, but the sunscreen has nothing to do with what it used to be. Never again, unfortunately.
I bought it from a local pharmacy for about 25€. The most wasted 25€ of my life. Oily skin and it was recommended by several! Heavy, doesn't absorb, sticks and doesn't seem to dry. I would only use it at the beach and not for daily use under makeup.
It matched my skin (normal) perfectly. For me, it is one of the top facial sunscreens for winter and summer. Waterproof, it moisturizes the skin perfectly and protects. Also, it lasts quite a while and you don't need to apply a large amount. Vfm product!
One of the best I have bought, it doesn't absorb completely, but the residue it leaves is not bothersome, it protects and is hypoallergenic, I am very satisfied.
Indeed, it does protect you quite well and leaves a very nice feeling of hydration on the skin. The only possibly negative thing is that afterwards you "shine" a bit more, even with powders, etc
Finally, having tried countless products, a sunscreen that works for my oily and intolerant skin! No product, whether it's a cream or a sunscreen, even matte or oil-free, has sat better than this one! No white cast on the skin (I am brunette) nor on the eyebrows or beard. It spreads easily and doesn't dry immediately like all other matte sunscreens. Discreet scent tolerable compared to other brands, leaves a natural glow which doesn't bother me at all. I don't feel it at all, it's almost like I forget I'm wearing it, even if I sweat it doesn't leave any white residue or greasiness, I can even say it controls it. If you also have oily and intolerant skin, especially when it comes to sunscreens, this is the way to go
Due to my origin, I am very fair with minimal melanin and very thin and sensitive skin. This sunscreen does not leave a white cast, does not sting the eyes, and protects and moisturizes my skin.
Although it is described as odorless, it has the characteristic smell of sunscreen. I chose it for everyday use to protect myself from sun exposure at work, but it would probably be one of the sunscreens I would prefer for the beach. On my skin (normal with a tendency for oiliness), it doesn't absorb very well and leaves a shine. It also feels rather heavy. I chose this specific product because of the brand, but my favorite facial sunscreen for such use is YouthLab's Daily Sunscreen Cream SPF50 50ml
It doesn't have a smell. It doesn't leave any marks. It spreads easily. Nice packaging. Effective in the sun. I use it daily throughout the summer wherever I go. I don't have any issues. The shine doesn't bother me, etc, etc, because I don't feel it weird on my face.
As a girl with oily skin, full of pores and black spots (especially in the T-zone of my face), I had to use at least 5 pumps to spread it all over my face and neck! It leaves NO TRACE OF OILINESS, absorbs quickly, and the scent it has is not strong! First, I apply moisturizer and wait until it is fully absorbed by my skin (if it hasn't been absorbed after 15 minutes, I blot any excess with a tissue) and then I apply sunscreen and also wait for it to be absorbed, and then I move on to my makeup (when and if I wear any). I tried this particular product from my friend who has normal/dry skin (she had bad acne in the past) and she loves it! Guys, if it seems 'dry' to you, then you probably need to apply more like I did! And if it seems oily to you, then you probably didn't shake the bottle, or you applied too much or there is an ingredient that is removing the oiliness and you should look into it! I highly recommend it!
Generally, I don't change my sunscreen for anything, but I saw good reviews for this specific one and decided to try it. It didn't suit my face at all. I don't have oily skin, I have combination/dry skin. It leaves a terrible greasiness and I have to use a primer or powder on top, which I generally don't wear, for a matte result. It spreads easily. I will go back to the same company's sunscreen that leaves a matte finish.
Although it claims to be suitable for all skin types, I would not recommend it for combination and oily skin! It leaves a shine-like brightness with medium coverage. It's just average for me, I will try another product from the same company
I will not buy another facial sunscreen after this product. Even under the eyes, it doesn't sting, it doesn't pull. It spreads and absorbs easily, moisturizes, illuminates, and protects. All in one. I generally have normal to dry skin and it worked wonderfully! For those who also use a cream containing retinol under the eyes, it is perfect.
The dermatologist recommended it to my mother because she has very sensitive skin and it was very good. It did not show any allergic reaction or redness.
I have already bought it three times! I'm going for 4.
When I first bought it, it was mainly because La Roche Posay Anthelios Ultra Cream Sensitive Eye was not available, and the perfect sunscreens tend to irritate my eyes. If the sunscreen comes into contact with my eyes, they also tear up. I was saved by this La Roche Posay- ANTHELIOS range! Both of them are amazing because they meet my criteria for a sunscreen (does not irritate the eyes, high protection factor, easy to apply and absorb, does not leave a greasy feeling on the face, does not clog pores).
I generally used and still use the color velvet frezyderm. However, at the beach, I always used the anthelios sensitive eyes. With COVID, it was the worst sunscreen with color and mask... terrible in both winter and summer. I ended up using only this one and using a colored one for outings. I highly recommend it! It is ideal as a moisturizer in winter for those who do not wear heavy makeup in the morning, have dry combination skin, and wear sunscreen all the time
I have been using it for a few days and I am currently satisfied.
I have sensitive skin and it does not irritate or sting the red spots on my face at all.
It spreads easily and absorbs immediately, without leaving any white marks.
Of course, I do not have oily skin at all, which definitely plays a role.
It has a very nice subtle scent, it does not remind me of a classic sunscreen!
As for the protection, it is a very good sunscreen. I have relatively oily skin, when I apply it on my face at first, I feel that it is quite moisturizing and a little shiny, but gradually in a short time it has been absorbed and I don't feel it. I think it will be fine for winter. However, my mom, who has normal to dry skin, has enjoyed it and wants the same when she runs out. It doesn't sting the eyes at all. It is fragrance-free. The only negative for me is that it contains alcohol as the third ingredient.
Very high protection, does not sting the eyes, has no scent! It is very moisturizing... almost greasy. I believe it is not suitable for oily skin. However, for combination and dry skin, with a setting of matte powder at the end, it is superb!
