Perhaps the most pointless supplement I have ever seen.

It contains amino acids just like the ones we get from our diet. How much leucine do we have here, for example (per 4 capsules please)? 200mg, which is 0.2 grams. How much leucine does a serving of chicken have, let's say a thigh weighing 133 grams? 2.7 grams. How much arginine here? 276mg, 0.27 grams. How much in the magical chicken? 2.2 grams. And so on with all the rest. I chose amino acids that would interest those involved in fitness, it applies to all. The quantities are negligible, and this applies to 4 capsules.

I don't know what I'm missing and why you wouldn't prefer a whey protein.

The results of this particular product were evident in my workouts. In short, more energy, greater endurance, and noticeable increase in my muscle mass. 100% effective!

I am very satisfied with the product, since I started using it my muscle mass has increased while my weight remains the same. A big plus is that I have more energy and overall I can say that my mood is greatly improved.
