    Two stars only for the misinformation it provides, as it seems (from the result on me) that magnesium oxide constitutes a very large percentage (if not the largest) in its composition. Besides the fact that it did not bring me the desired results, I "bloat" a lot after taking it, resulting in disrupting my sleep as I wake up more frequently. There are much better and cheaper Magnesium Glycinate products like, for example, the one from FULL HEALTH (I discovered it later, unfortunately).

    The rating does not concern the quality/effectiveness of the product (the cramps have stopped anyway) but the misinformation on the label. In large letters on the front, it is referred to as magnesium glycinate, while in small print on the back it says: Magnesium 133mg (as Albion Magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered - Magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium oxide)....without of course mentioning the individual percentages. I consider it likely that there is more magnesium oxide, which is also the cheapest, so anyone who needs 100% glycine magnesium for some reason, this is NOT it.
