I use it twice a week, generally when the workout is heavy and more time-consuming. It works well for energy and the best part is that I don't have sleep problems afterwards, in fact, I sleep better. It lasts around 3 to 4 hours, but it's not for everyday use for me. Start with 1 gram and increase until you find what works for you based on your weight or how it affects each individual. For me, 3 grams work well, meaning 3 pills of 1000 milligrams each. I weigh 86 kilograms.
I bought it because I am 45 years old and some studies show that Taurine increases life expectancy.
I don't know if I am sensitive or if the dosage of this specific product is too high, but every time I take it, it causes me intense dizziness that lasts for three days.
