Description

Who is the enemy that terrifies the mighty king? Why does everyone in the palace say there is a power he will never possess? And who holds it?

Once upon a time, there was a king who wanted to become the most powerful person in the world, but the popularity of a wizard living in his kingdom, who could predict the future, made him second in the preferences of his subjects. One day, the jealous king devised a trick to prove that the wizard could not predict the future: he would ask him in front of everyone the date of his own death. Whatever the wizard answered, the king would draw his sword and kill him, proving that his reputation was unfounded. However, there was something the great king had not accounted for: the wizard's answer, which would make him reconsider his entire life and royal perception...

A story of love and hate, humility and vanity, explaining how our terrible enemy can become our best friend... in Bucay's second children's book, after "The Chained Elephant".
