The top Gillette (always in relation to its price), for many years now.
I believe that the other Gillette products are overpriced (and very expensive).
Authentic product from the Greek Gillette (P&G) at a very good price and not like some fake from parallel imports.
It is the worst thing I have ever bought... I have been using this product for years but such a batch... first time...!
No relation to what they sell in the supermarkets. They are probably parallel imports. They don't give a good shave, they irritate the skin. Many cuts. I won't buy them again from here, they're not worth it.
Everything is good except for their price, which has reached another planet..... For this reason, we stop using them.
I have the impression that the quality of the razors has dropped, in the past you could use one razor for at least a month of shaving. Now this is not possible.....
Until a few years ago, I was fully satisfied. Now, for their cost, their quality has declined. They still provide a good shave, without any irritation on each head, with great durability, but they are not worth it anymore, unless someone uses blador.
When you buy a supposedly good brand razor, you look forward to a comfortable shave. Gillette Mach 3, on the other hand, is an extremely expensive product that only manages to irritate your skin and make shaving a nightmare. It is also difficult to clean and, on top of that, comes in packaging that is not easy to open at all. It truly deserves zero stars.
Classic razor that lasts a long time and provides a good shave without needing to go over the same areas multiple times. It also doesn't cause irritation or cuts. Very satisfied.
If these razors are indeed Mach 3, then I'm sorry to say that the Mach 3 has deteriorated. First shave and I was not satisfied at all. The razors I know leave the leg smooth and velvety. These didn't even require repetitions in the same spot for me to feel like they did something, and still not much. Like a used - at least 10 times - Mach 3 razor.
It is worth using instead of disposable razors, as it is much higher quality. It also turns out to be more economical as you amortize your money very quickly.
I have been using it for years and I am used to it. For me, disposable razors are a joke, but when you shave smoothly and the cost doesn't matter but the result does.
Two years ago, influenced by the videos on YouTube about traditional shaving, I started shaving regularly again.
I started experimenting with classic razors, merkur, muhle, etc. blades, feather, Perma sharp, Gillette nacet, etc.
I can't say that I didn't have good shaves, but I always had irritation when I applied aftershave. The struggle was daunting because you felt like you were doing something that was harming your skin.
Two weeks ago, I ran out of blades and decided to get either the fusion 5 or the mach 3.
In the end, I got the mach 3. I can confidently say that I had the best shave of my life. I applied aftershave after three strokes, and it felt like a razor hadn't even touched my face. The result was excellent! From now on, I will be using the fusion5.
I highly recommend it without a second thought
Some say that the quality of the razors has changed compared to before... after 3 shaves that I did, I can't say that I saw anything like that... I got the same result as before... no cuts and irritation... so I rate it as excellent
I have been shaving for years with max3, but I rarely come across good razors. There are many imitations on the market, and they don't give a close shave after 3 uses. These ones seem genuine and shave nicely.
I bought them for experimentation. I have experience with double edge razors and proglide. I shave daily against the grain and I don't want any hair on my face at all. Usually, I do one pass and then make local touch-ups.
The mach3 blades on a 1-day beard (which were scratching me, had come out all over my face) didn't cut. I did 3 passes and it simply couldn't cut the small hairs in certain areas, knowing the direction in which the hairs grow on my skin. It gets clogged easily. My foam (tobs cream) was enough and I had prepared my face after a shower and a glycerin soap massage.
The result was quite mediocre, with many redness - irritations on the neck. Also, the strip under the blades was scraping me.
I get much better results with the muhle r89 razor with a sharp blade where I have cleaned everything in 2 passes. The proglide blades are more efficient but they also scrape and irritate my beard up to 3 days always in against the grain shaving.
After a 10-year break from shaving due to a beard, I decided to start shaving again with the razor I always used, the Mach 3. The result was disappointing, irritation and constant cuts. The blades simply have no comparison to the old ones, and this is immediately noticeable. Possibly the decline in quality is intended to push you towards the more expensive Fusion 5 series. I tried my wife's Venus razor, which fits perfectly on the Mach 3 handle, and the difference was chaotic.... Quick shaving, without many passes, without any cuts, and it lasts much longer. Just like the old Mach 3. Personally, I will continue with the Venus razors, even if they are theoretically "for women", because the price of the Fusion razors, especially the SM ones, is ridiculous.
Steady value for years now. Although a fan of traditional shaving, I always have them in the drawer because they provide the same comfortable and close shave but with less preparation and quickly.
Luckily I found it because I thought that because the machine is old, I wouldn't find spare parts for it!!
It was the first time I didn't buy from the supermarket and preferred to buy from here.. no comparison to what I used to buy until now! It had a difference both visually and in shaving. And it definitely didn't last as long as the older ones
It had a different packaging from the one advertised in the store.
I searched online and found out that this packaging also exists. The blades are slightly different in the two packages, but equally good.
They are fine razors, I consider them to be one of the best value for money. They claim to last at least 10 shaves. I have very tough facial hair that I shave strictly every two days. On the 10th shave, they definitely don't perform as well as the first few times, but often I can go up to 20+ shaves before I change them. Also, I have tried many times to compare the shaving experience and feeling with Gillette Mach 3 Turbo (which have a different lubrication strip) and honestly, I don't believe that the Turbo offers anything more. Maybe the Turbo ones wear out faster than the regular Mach 3, from what I felt.
At first glance, they may seem expensive, but as you go along, you realize that it is a very economical product due to its quality and durability. The disposable razors are literally for one use, you don't cut yourself with this one and it really lasts a long time. 5 stars easily...
I have been using it for years and I am completely satisfied. It will be difficult to find something better to replace it
I have been using it for years, once daily, now less frequently, and I am very satisfied because it provides a very close shave. I would highly recommend it
The Mach 3 razors are the top razors for the whole body!! I literally use it on my entire body and it's awesome.
Razors that don't last as long as the ones I had before from the supermarket.....different packaging.....I won't buy again
Expensive and all they cause is irritations. I started using traditional shaving cream and saw better results, personally always
It is very good if you consider that you get a month of shaving for about 2 euros (usually less) that the replacement costs. I shave very comfortably, although I don't have the toughest beard.
