    Everything is fine except for the size of the pill, which no one comments on (strange). There were days when I couldn't swallow it because it's heavy and doesn't float to wash it down with water, so you have to swallow it with force for it to go down. Otherwise, you struggle.
    EDIT: A few days later, I should add that the issue of swallowing this particular pill is not a matter of habit. It's a failure in its size, at least for my anatomy. It would be better if it had 60 (smaller) pills to take 2 per day. It becomes annoying at some point. They could at least organize seminars on "How to swallow a pill the size of a hypothetical coin without feeling incapable and without drinking 5 glasses of water struggling to swallow it in the end."

    I would not write any comment if I had not been so satisfied with the result. I had fat in my liver and I searched to find a natural supplement that would help. I tried endless different diets, everywhere they recommended milk thistle and one day before I started this specific product, I did tests. 31 days after I finished the 30 capsules, I did tests again and the results were at the best level ever and of course within normal limits. Highly recommended! (for fat in the liver... of course!)
