Instructions for use

    An alternative option for those who, for some reason, do not want vitamin C in effervescent tablets. These specific ones have a pleasant taste, although it may seem a little sour to some, but that's a matter of personal preference. They are convenient in cases where you don't have a glass of water to dissolve the effervescent tablets (e.g. on the go). I have put a few in a small container and always carry them with me, they also help enhance the taste after coffee or a meal.

    The vitamin C content (500mg) is sufficient for adults, regardless of the fact that there are products available with up to 1000mg. Scientific studies have shown that a larger quantity cannot be absorbed immediately and is excreted in a short period of time. The choice is yours.
