For the money, it is an excellent shoe; I had chosen it for a few months to last me through the season, and it managed to endure a second year as well. It gets dirty easily due to the material it's made of, but that's something you already know before you buy it, and it was very lightweight (I didn't even feel it during the 8 hours on my feet). Although, if you want it for a similar job, it would be good to find a pair of insoles as well
