Excellent product with many probiotics. I think the most on the market. I use it in the summer and preventively.

HOWEVER, I will emphasize something that someone else wrote in previous comments regarding probiotics and their contribution to cystic acne... Within 2 weeks, I noticed a change in my facial skin, it definitely helps to some extent.

I suffer from urinary tract infections either from swimming in the sea or from weakened immune system during periods of fatigue and stress. Well, I have actually tried many methods and medications, and this is the only one that gives me an immediate solution. Every time.
If you catch it at the early symptoms of discomfort/odor, the first 1-2 days (without it progressing further and needing antibiotics, of course, I'm not playing doctor), you start it immediately and in 4 days you are clear (along with plenty of water and rinsing with a douche if possible).
