Peels amazingly! Its construction is very lightweight (aluminum). If it doesn't hold up over time, its price is so low that it allows for hassle-free replacement. Highly recommended.

Simply excellent. Peels potatoes and other hard vegetables effortlessly. Can slice thin pieces of hard cheeses as well. Not suitable for softer vegetables. Very safe, you have to try quite hard to cut yourself.
