Not very reliable, many times the lock wouldn't open, small space, a magnetic card with the key wouldn't fit. The app is a bit cumbersome. I used it for an Airbnb accommodation for self check-in but it was not convenient at all.

You insert the batteries, screw on their protective cover, download the app, and add the key cabinet. The key cabinet opens, you perform some tests with the app, and everything is fine. Until suddenly, at some point (in my case after 10 days), it gets blocked and doesn't open either with the app or with the keypad code. It may open on the 7th attempt and then get blocked again. There is an issue with the device because if it happens and you are away from where it is installed, the user will not be able to open it at all. (There are many negative reviews on Amazon)

After 2-3 unscrewing-screwing, I had to replace them with others that I found at a specialized screw store.
