It is compatible without needing to program it or change anything. Although it seems to be a serious construction, its plastics are not the best. It is also annoying that for some useful functions you have to press two buttons, shift and the function button. But for this price, it is fair.

A very nice remote control. We have a Panasonic television, almost a decade old. We had a gray remote control but the buttons were sticking. Around the OK button of this remote control, I really like the quality of the silver circle with the arrow buttons.
