  What came to me, and even two pieces, did not turn at all with the air because when I opened to see and noticed the bearings !!!!! apart from the fact that they were very worn !!!!! which means that they had been used somewhere else for a very long time and had become useless and then they took them and placed them were also rusty in a terrible condition they must be taking damaged bearings from somewhere and using them for this job it cannot be that both pieces even if they were stored somewhere with humidity and rusted the bearings would only be rusty, they would not be worn out because these were worn out, they had worked a lot somewhere and had become useless I wonder how they assemble and make such constructions it's a waste of money never choose such a disappointment !!!!! I have uploaded a video and a photo with the bearing that is rusty in a terrible condition this takes a long time to happen and if the bearing has not been used and has not taken water it never rusts because it is inside the grease that repels water this to be in such a condition means that it was worked somewhere and worked with water and was destroyed unacceptable construction !!
