Dietary supplement with fish oil from the company Lamberts, which provides Omega 3 fatty acids. Fish oil is usually produced from the fat or oil of tissues mainly from fish, such as shark, salmon, herring, or tuna, and is used as a source of fatty acids as it is rich in Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 fatty acids.
The package contains 30 capsules with blackcurrant flavor and is suitable for children.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
From 3.5 years old (he is 9 now), he doesn't accept anything else... the first time only confused him, from the 2nd time he loved the taste and the "illusion" that he is chewing gum... no hint of fish oil smell. And of course, it goes without saying that -not rarely- I consume it too.
Children have difficulty eating it. It does not have a pleasant smell or taste. The biggest drawback is the packaging of the plastic "capsule" which makes it even more difficult for children to swallow.
They are capsules that the child must swallow, they are not gummies that they can chew and eat.
I don't know if it does what it promises because we just started using it. However, I do know that the taste is unpleasant for children.
Although I am a fan of Laberts for years, here we are talking about a big failure. I don't know how effective it is because the kids cannot eat it. It has a gel-like casing that bursts and releases the liquid they swallow. Then there is a disgusting silicone-gum-like residue in the child's mouth that they spit out. The whole process is a fail even for adults. I switched to Lysi cod liver oil and thankfully they drink it
I do not consider it a very child-friendly product, it has a quite sour taste and the child has to break the capsule in their mouth and then spit it out. Additionally, the packaging is unreasonably large
