We love it.
Usually, whatever I buy with positive reviews satisfies me. Here we have the rare case where I really try to understand why this plastic fake thing that my cat throws around for fun and almost breaks, has 5 stars in reviews and costs 87 euros. Honestly, its price for what it is should have been exactly half. I give it a second star for the ease of settings and for the voice recording, but honestly, that's it.
Very good product, it has solved my problems and finally my cat doesn't wake me up at dawn for food.
Positives: it has a setting for up to 4 meals a day and for each meal you can adjust the portion it dispenses (up to 20), its bowl is stainless steel and removable for washing.
Negatives: only the top part of the robot can be removed for cleaning, the bottom part is difficult to clean. The top part comes off, unfortunately, very easily, resulting in it opening and spilling the food if not moved carefully.
It works normally, however: the clock does not stay stable (you have to adjust it from time to time) and I have seen that my cat easily takes extra food from the hole. She is very greedy and her paw reaches the food just fine. It helps me, it is functional, but I don't know if I would buy it again.
For 2 cats, we tried to make it work 2-3 times resulting in the dry food getting stuck and not dispensing. Waste of money, do not buy it, as the cats are at risk of going hungry. Very fake construction!
It's easy to set up and works perfectly. The problem is that it doesn't dispense accurate portions, as it calculates 5g of food per "portion" but not every brand of kibble is the same size. So unfortunately, I can't leave her food for many days. Also, my cat has learned that if she hits it, kibbles fall out.
I chose it because it was the only feeder that had reviews. It turned out great and easy to use. I got it for my cat and I have peace of mind while I'm away. I also put batteries and power in case of a power outage.
Easy programming. It does what it should without any problems. For feeding a cat, you can measure the quantities as you wish.
Awesome convenience for cat feeding. Works flawlessly on battery. Purchased mainly for cat feeding during my three-day absence, but I'm thinking of using it permanently.
Two only disadvantages deprived it of one star:
1. The voice recording is of poor quality.
2. The lack of WiFi doesn't allow you to know from a distance if it's working properly.

Excellent feeder. Works with USB and D batteries. I no longer have to worry about my cat's morning feeding, and even if I don't make it back from work, I know she won't be left without food.
It feeds 4 meals - has time and portion size settings for each meal separately - each portion it dispenses is about 7 grams of dry ACANA food, and you can adjust from 1 to 20 portions per meal. For example, for a 20g feeding in the morning, you adjust 3 portions, etc.
The container is secure and cannot be opened by the cat - the bowl is well placed and removable for cleaning - it also has a manual feeding option (1 portion per press).
The batteries last a very long time (months), so even during power outages, it continues to feed.
A minor downside is that the container cannot be removed for washing, and you cannot pour water inside, but otherwise, it's a very good purchase.
Everything still holds true after 1.5 years. The batteries last at least 8 months and it's a better solution than USB because the cats will eat even during power outages and it doesn't get reset
