Adults:
- Take 1-2 grams of powder after meals.
- 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram of powder.
Children over 10 years old:
- Take 1/8 teaspoon = 500 mg of powder after meals.
- Or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
