A few words about chickpea flour:

Chickpea flour retains all the beneficial ingredients that chickpeas contain. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, while the ratio of magnesium and calcium in chickpeas is considered ideal. At the same time, it is rich in folic acid – vitamin B and has an adequate amount of potassium for heart health. Furthermore, chickpeas contain powerful inorganic antioxidants, such as selenium, iron, and plant protein.
