Because like me, many other women read reviews for products looking for solutions to their symptoms, especially for hot flashes, I wholeheartedly recommend the evening primrose oil from the same company, Lamberts (Pure evening primrose oil). The results are spectacular.
I have been taking them for 20 days. Nothing. No difference. Whatever symptoms I had, I still have. I was taking Eva Intima Meno Control for about a year, and it was the same, nothing at all. So for a year and a half, I have been suffering from symptoms and I can't find a solution.

It helped me a lot... I felt a lack of energy, fatigue, and weakness to the point where I didn't want to get out of bed... It takes about 15 days to feel the difference. It is exceptional, as soon as I stopped taking it, all the bad symptoms returned and now I buy it constantly.
I had unbearable headaches and cramps, I don't know if it's a coincidence but from the first few days they decreased to the point where they don't bother me anymore, and I have to say that even though the dosage was 2 tablets, because I was afraid they might upset my stomach, I took 1.
