Dosage

  • Adults and children over 12 years, one tablet daily. 
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless advised by your physician.

I've been taking it (Lamperts) for days now and it feels like I'm not taking B12 at all... while with this one, you feel the difference, why?     I had to take only 2 tablets and I couldn't take it anymore because it has a terrible taste and smell! I thought you swallow it and it's all over, but no! My breath smelled awful all day long, just like when you open the package, and because of this, I constantly felt nauseous... Additionally, after taking the pill, even my urine smelled terrible. For comparison and to see if it's the same with all B complex vitamins, I tried tablets from another brand and the smell is much better, without having bad odor all day. However, for those wondering, I checked the expiration date and it hadn't passed.
